Welcome to SÝNDESIS
SÝNDESIS or 'σύνδεσις' is an ancient Greek noun meaning to link, connect, and to bind together.
The SÝNDESIS Women's Retreat Immersion is both symbol and metaphor for the deep and experiential medicine available within her intimate walls.
Over a combination of 2 months online and 4 days in-person immersed on country, you'll be gently and powerfully guided into the intimate somatic, healing, embodiment, community, and spiritual work required to thaw out, disrupt, and dissolve the distortion keeping you from using your body as true north.
SÝNDESIS is a direct through-line to your most clear, confident, and connected self as a woman, leader, mother, and holder.
This is an intimate experience with limited places. By joining the waitlist you'll receive exclusive pricing and priority when applications open December 1st 2025.

Meet Your Facilitator, Ellen Travassaros
Retreat & Ceremonial Breathwork Facilitator, Guide, and Trusted Mentor for Women.
Ellen has been leading and facilitating within the healing and personal development arts for over a decade.
During this time she has worked with thousands of women, and has been both self and formally initiated into the modalities of integrative somatic trauma therapy, deep-state re-patterning, integration, and SPIRITUS Breathwork & Somatic Healing.
Ellen is a humanitarian at heart, and her life's work is devoted to helping women self-actualise, reawaken to the Spirit of their bodies, and to heal and integrate their pain, suffering, and trauma as a way to powerfully hold and elevate themselves and humanity.
Ellen's approach to facilitation and genuine inner alchemy is multi-faceted, kin-centred, and ceremonial in nature. Her work is woven with deep respect and reverence to the medicine and gifts offered to her through Spirit, the land, and her relationship with the unseen worlds.
"I believe that apathy is one of the greatest threats to humanity. So it's up to each of us to do the kind of work that makes it possible to stay conscious, connected and in relationship with our felt experience, especially in the face of great loss, suffering, and injustice."
