Iteration IV of the most contemplative, expansive, intimate, and heart-filling journey you will ever take in this lifetime as a human being.
If you're here, it's unlikely you've stumbled upon this space by total accident. It's more likely that we know each other or have exchanged energy in some form or another - that's just how it goes in my world.
The women (you...) who enter my field are almost always friends, friends of friends, referrals from friends, family, or vibrating on a deeply resonant frequency (we're pulling each other towards each other). It's beyond beautiful, and something you'll naturally discover more of this year as we descend.
Heal Her has morphed significantly over the years. As the start of each new iteration comes around, pieces are naturally added and removed in harmony with the nature of my own evolution and the evolution of the collective.
This year will be especially profound and I'm so excited that you're here.
Heal Her Holders is an intimate space for only 20 women to enter this year. This makes her wildly unique and her essence deep & potent.
My intention, beyond teaching with utmost integrity, is to connect you with other women who are playing on all levels of life. I'm honestly yet to find human words to describe what this shared experience does to us as individuals - but it's exquisite.
For over 10 years I've welcomed women to participate in their human experience more deeply, and in ways that often surprise even myself. Because healing, feeling, and being human is not a linear experience. The only certainty we have is that there isn't any...
As a woman who believes wholeheartedly that human beings are built to facilitate their deepest healing, renewal, transformation & fulfillment (on a physical, emotional, mental & spiritual level), it's no surprise that everything Heal Her Holders encompasses brings us to the end of seeking outside ourselves.
When our outsourcing comes to an end, the beauty of this work really begins to shine through. So we do this together, hands-on hearts, and in honor of the very natural progression that is calling us to step forward.
Heal Her is not a 'how to program' and the teachings alone will not change your life or fill a hole inside your being. It will not fix something you deem broken or create the success, money, or relationship you desire based simply on being part of it.
Heal Her harnesses the complex and vast internal human, cosmic & multi-dimensional landscape that exists in each and every one of us, and requires your participation on every level.

Self-Mastery & The End of All Seeking
This year (2023) we're diving heart-first into 8 deeply profound & exquisite months of exploration.
It is here we will explore the multi-faceted & multi-dimensional aspects of human behavior and the physical, energetic, emotional, relational, rhythmic, and spiritual constructs of our human experience.
This has more to do with the quality of our consciousness than it does with knowledge.
I invite you to really contemplate the above statement.
This journey is a deeply contemplative and vast experience wrapped around life itself.
We are going deeper into the realms of vulnerability without needing anyone else to go there with us. Instead, what unfolds will naturally tend to the 'how' and 'when' to communicate our inner revelations, unravelings, awarenesses, and transformations.
This is a multi-layered experience tending to you as a multi-aged, multi-dimensional being.
The journey of Heal Her will highlight where in your life you're self-abandoning, self-sabotaging, looped in patterns of powerlessness, victim & helplessness, attached and co-dependant, handing your power over, seeking outside yourself to feel full & whole, needing the outside world to meet you so you can do your work, and so much more.
It's a journey back to the heart and part of this journey involves witnessing, processing & integrating the relationships we have forged with all parts of ourselves, including the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of our inner children (and sacred wounds).
We're activating a deep cellular healing process that takes us from being a victim of reaction and shadow patterns ingrained in earlier development, to becoming women of awareness and maturity.
Your perceptions of yourself, your life, love, relationships, past experiences, possibilities, memories, emotions, desires, healing, spirituality, health and so much more will fundamentally shift as part of this process - they will become clearer, less distorted, and more aligned with your personal values.
The same energy that made us react ignites our healing and Heal Her is simply here to guide us.

I always make a special note to remind you that we simply cannot fit the human experience into a framework nor would we want to or try to limit ourselves in this way.
We will explore various frameworks & content as base principles and build off them in a way that serves us best.
A big part of our journey is about being intentional with information. It is also about meeting life as it arises so we can tend to what's present, and we'll do this in our Group Coaching Calls that are dedicated to specific topics that are present and shared among us.

From where I've come...
I've been practising, and a teacher and facilitator in the human and healing arts for almost 10 years, well and truly before it became a 'thing' (a very much needed thing).
I'm 33 years old, a 4/6 manifesting generator, and my greatest challenge (and lesson) so far has been in choosing unconditional love in every place, crevice, relationship, and moment of my life where my love and power waivers.
This has been a marvelous and curious journey back to my innate essence, which has been a great discipline and practice of embodying the great witness and letting go of my attachment to another human being's experience so that I can honor both of us from a greater perspective and quality of consciousness.
My Teacher calls this black-belt-level shit. And I couldn't agree more (you'll get to sit with her in Heal Her this year).
This level and quality of conscious embodiment pulls so much out of me and opens me to the depth of my own spirit, heart, knowing, rhythm, and truth. If you understood from where I've come, you'd know this is a truly phenomenal celebration.
I've worked with women for almost 10 years and have helped them heal through multiple modalities including regression therapy, soul retrieval, re-patterning, NLP, and embodiment both in Retreat experiences, groups, and 1 on 1 facilitation.
Prior to this, I was riddled with anxiety, living in anticipation of the future and what could go wrong, had shields as thick as the great wall of china, and a heavy reliance on the outside world to tell me who I was, how much I was worth, and what was important to me.
I've come to really know that all methods of healing are a trap (Ram Daas says this) and my greatest intention for myself, and all human beings I work with, is that we come to know, and deeply value and understand that we are our own guru's, teacher's, wisdom-keepers, and knowers of all things.
It goes without saying that to fully honor how immensely powerful we are, and to know who and what we truly are, we must go into and through the many layers that distort our perception of the human experience, and what it means to feel, heal and be whole.
I am a woman who was tapped on the shoulder by something very powerful early in my life. I know what I'm here to do and why I'm here to do it. And it is never lost on me what an honor it is to facilitate such deeply profound experiences.
My motto is 'I go you go'. This means I will never teach, offer, invite or facilitate that which I am not yet embodied in. Integrity is of the utmost importance when it comes to the depth of this work, and is one of my highest values in life.
I don't believe you need to be fixed, saved, or changed. I do however believe that everything you need is inside of you and that we can collapse time and space when we work with experienced facilitators and place ourselves in intentional and conscious environments designed to support us in our healing work. We are the people we spend the most time with.

APPLICATION PROCESS
You might already sense the significance of Heal Her and how deeply important it is that each and every woman who enters the program is aligned. This protects the potency, frequency, and energetics of the group and the very personal nature of our experience.
Recommended Pre-Requisites:
Heal Her is a program that intends to serve and support women who are traversing and ultimately exploring themselves at a deep level with a fierce commitment. As such, for applicants to receive the value of Heal Her it is recommended that you have;
a) Completed Heal Her in the past and have been participating fully in your own development since or;
b) Worked with me in a 1 on 1 or group capacity before or;
c) Attended a Retreat Experience with me before or;
d) Actively participated in your own inner healing for a minimum of 12 months.

You'll be directed to initiate yourself and book a 15-minute alignment call with me (Ellen). Here we will tend to your questions, explore what you hope to gain from the program & at Retreat, and unpack investment options.
Your investment is $6,000 AUD if paid in full
or $6,666 AUD if paid via a plan.
This includes your 8-month Heal Her experience and 5-Day All-Expenses Included Retreat in Byron Bay NSW.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 AUD is required to secure your place in the program and at Retreat.
The balance can then be paid in full or paid off over 8 months which we'll discuss in your application call. Extended plans are also available upon request.
Please note I have done my best to make this experience affordable. It's important to me that this incredible work remains accessible. I've trimmed as much 'fat' off the total cost as I can however, I have included a Retreat, an additional month to support Retreat integration, and invited guest teachers into the program to offer their teachings (both online and at Retreat). I am also devoting myself to you and the entirety of your experience over 8 full months.
