Circle of Life Retreat is a safe, rich, and intimate 4-day experience for women who are in a space to receive deep healing & transformation on all levels (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual). Our work begins long before we arrive at Retreat, which is a beautiful initiation into the realms of Sacred Women's Work & Sisterhood.
A PLACE FOR INTENTIONAL TRANSFORMATION
Circle of Life Retreat is an intimate and protected healing space for women to intentionally meet and experience all parts of themselves, as part of their intimate, expansive, and transformative healing journey.
The experience is devoted to guiding you to see and work through distortion, closure, disconnect, and self-restriction, all conditioned responses as a result of childhood trauma & significant childhood events.
We use the power of embodied facilitation to capture the purity and truer essence of our trauma and conditioning, leading us back to a place of choice, clarity & wholeness.
We use the power of voice, honest expression & vulnerable truth to take us into deeper levels of connection with ourselves and each other.
We use the power of holistic health to cleanse, support and nourish us as we journey.
We lean on the power of experiential workshops, practical frameworks, and traditional teachings to support us in bridging gaps in our knowledge and understanding.
We use the power of humility to exhale through complexity and soften into the truth of who, what, and where we are in our lives, so we can experience and embrace change.
We use the power of tenderness to bring lightness to ground and anchor our healing work, so we may continue to walk with it beyond Retreat.
We lean on the essence of sacred rituals, practices, and spaces to support you in pulling out threads and patterns that are ready to be transformed and integrated.
And most of all, we use the power of our hearts and our capacity for love as integrated healers, facilitators, and teachers, to create an environment for you to move into a state of trust, so that you can receive and participate fully.
